ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve a right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We have tried our utmost best to provide the best quality products to you. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be cancelled/exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you.

SIZING AND COLOR

The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Some products are designed to have a loose, relaxed fit while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products that appear on the Site, colors might vary in pictures than actual product.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • It takes 2 - 4 weeks to deliver the products to your doorstep.
  • For all orders within India, we charge Shipping.
  • For deliveries within India, all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.
  • For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The number of duties and taxes depends on the policies of your destination country.
  • Delivery Time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, it’s possible that a designer may not be able to produce your order piece. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option/store credit / full refund.
  • We use the most reliable courier services for deliveries including Shiprocket, and Delhivery.
  • At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.   • In the case of International orders, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

As A Strict Policy, We Do Not Accept The Return Or Exchange Of Any Product(S). We Do Consider Alterations On Custom Item(S) Which Should Be Within 2 Days From The Date Of Delivery, Provided They Are Unused/Unwashed.

REFUND POLICY

We Offer No Refund , Only Incase Of Extreme Problem Or Fault From Our Side. We Allow Exchange Of The Same Product Or With Some Other Product For The Same Price , Extra To Be Adjusted On Top Of The Price
